    God called Francesco on September 23, 2020 at the age of 78. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Anna. Cherished by his dear children, Mary (Frank Racco), and Antonella. Proud Nonno to Anthony and Jonathan. He will always be remembered by his brother Nicola (Pasqualina), his sister Elena (Alfredo Zuccaro) and his sister-in-law Luigina. Francesco is pre-deceased by his brother Michele. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives, and many friends.

    “Our beautiful Paul passed away peacefully on Friday, September 11th, 2020 at the age of 77, at Belleville General Hospital, and into the presence of Jesus Christ, his Savior and Redeemer and surrounded by his beloved family. Paul is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Elizabeth Ann Houde (nee Cunliffe), his cherished children, Paula (Sam Gomas), John, Susan (Ryan Kennedy) and Elizabeth’s Ann’s son John, his beloved grandchildren Keegan (Dan), Gabriel, Sophia, Charlie and Ben, and great grandson Everett. We acknowledge Josh as a chosen grandson to the family as he and Paul has a very special friendship. Predeceased by his parents Phillip John Houde (1991) and Rita Josephine (nee Beary) Houde (2008), sister Patricia Anne Houde (1986) and brother Robert Phillip Houde (2017). Before illness took its toll, Paul was full of life, loved people and seldom passed anyone by. Paul ministered to the hurting, sick and dying for over 35 years. Paul had a heart full of compassion and always found time to speak to and encourage those in need. He will be missed by his church family, his precious friends, loved ones and those he reached out to in the streets who needed the love of Jesus. aul always wanted people to know how much Jesus Christ transformed his life and for him personally it was life changing. WELL DONE GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT ENTER MY KINGDOM Paul was a proud Ironworker and a member of the Ironworkers Union (Toronto Local 721) for over 55 years. He loved being an Ironworker and said it was a joy to go to work. We would like to thank Dr. Robert Webster and the Doctors, Nurses, PSW’s etc. at BGH Quinte 4 and Sills 3 (Stroke Unit), and also the Paramedics for the care given to Paul.

    It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Robert on September 11, 2020 at home in his 90th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Rose (2015) and son Gary (2016). Loving mother to Beverley Turbitt (Barry). Adored grandfather to Geoffrey (Stephanie), Kalyn (Pietro), Michelle, Brittany, Brady and great-grandfather to James, Mackenzie, Christian and Sophia. Loving Brother-In-Law to Maragret Emlay (predeceased Bobby). He will be deeply missed by his cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, the entire Jayasinghe Family and his extended family and friends. Robert was an avid member of Sackville Seniors Centre and will be greatly missed by his Bingo buddies. Special thanks to Victor from V.O.N. for his kind care and compassion for Robert. Keeping with Robert’s wishes. Bob has been with the Iron Workers receiving his last pin of 55 years. Bob loved his time in the Union enjoying his work and all of the fellow friends he made over the years. In the past few years he looked for his monthly magazine to see which dear friends had passed. Now its his time to be seen in the Iron Workers Union Magazine.

    Kevin Robert O’Donnell, passed away on June 24, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Loving son of Vivian Bourgaize (O’Donnell) and the late Leo Francis O’Donnell. Brother to Lorna, John (Karen) and Sandra. Predeceased by sister Karen. Uncle to Laura, Jason, Shane, Nicole and Patrick. Great Uncle to Ethan, Anthony, Karen, James and Cody.     Alberico Tamburro, age 73 , passed away peacefully at Humber River Hospital in Toronto Canada. He was born on February 22, 1947 in Monteleone di Puglia, Foggia, Italia to Antonio and Lucia Tamburro. Alberico came to Canada in the late 1960s where he met and married his wife Maria Tamburro (Baccellieri) and had two children, Antonio and Lucia. Family was first to Alberico, which was evidently shown in his hard work as the family provider where he spent his life as a welder. He found enjoyment in life’s simple pleasures – chatting with his brothers, working on his garden, solving math problems, listening to music (favourite was the tarantella) and playing with his beloved grandchildren. Alberico is survived by his wife Maria Tamburro, his children Antonio Tamburro and Lucia Caparelli, his son in law Ernesto Caparelli and grandchildren Elio and Valentina.

    It is with heavy hearts that we announce the end of Raymond Joseph Pellerin’s short battle with cancer on June 10, 2020 under the exceptional care of the palliative team at PRHC. Raymond was the loving father of Justin Pellerin (Jennifer Pellerin), Karina Pellerin (Kevin Henry), spouse of Norma Pellerin and proud and wonderful grandfather of Cole and Reid Pellerin as well as Owen Henry. Son of the late Margo and Wilfred Pellerin, loving Brother of Paulette Trejgo (Kaz), Paul Pellerin (Jane), and will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Raymond was a dedicated ironworker, motorcycle enthusiast and was a member of the ironworkers biker club. Raymond also enjoyed playing various instruments in his free time, which his grandchildren will fondly remember. We thank everyone of Raymond’s friends who have been supporting him and the family throughout this time. A celebration of life will follow at a later date.     (Retired and dedicated GTA field superintendent and Harris Rebar Teammate for over 30 years) After a short but courageous battle with an aggressive form of Lymphoma, Lawrence passed away peacefully with his family by his side. He was surrounded by love, cherished memories, song, laughter and many tears as he started his peaceful journey . He will be remembered by his Loving wife Wanda with whom he happily shared the last 25 years of his life with.  He will also be lovingly remembered by his 2 sons Paul and Dave who chose to follow in their father’s footsteps, working for Harris Rebar and Nucor.  He was truly loved and celebrated as a kind and wonderful man by those that will miss him including Paul’s partner Nel and her children Lorissa, Jessica and Kristyn,  Dave’s wife Michelle and their two children Jessica and Sara.  His daughters by marriage,  Angela (Robert) and their children Anastasia and Ariana and Tanya (Tim) and their two children Jacob and Alexandra.  All six grandchildren will forever remember him as a very special Papere. Fondly remembered and loved by his siblings and extended family in the Greater Sudbury area.

    HEARSUM, Richard Allen (Rick) – Of Guelph, born February 27, 1956, passed away in his sleep on Saturday, March 28, 2020, in Guelph, Ontario. He was 64. Beloved son of Ednah Hearsum of Chesley. Predeceased by his father Norman Hearsum. Loving father of Tanya Hearsum (Dean) Clooten of Kamloops, B.C., Riki Hearsum of Guelph, Kinsley Chase Orr of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Ryan James Carter of Surrey, B.C. Adoring grandfather of Alisha, Madison, Keaton and Kingston. Dear brother of James (Lori) Hearsum of Peterborough, Robert Hearsum of Maple Ridge, B.C. and Dianne (Steve) Hills of Tara. Cherished uncle to his nieces and nephews Benjamin (Donna), Abigail (Bruce), Blake (Grace), Andrew (Megan), Chrissi (Nigel), Avery and Brielle (Darren), and their children. Rick was a funny, hardworking, talented, caring man who enjoyed his life to the fullest, glorying in the fun times and rolling with the punches when life threw him curves. He was a skilled tradesman, a drywaller, welder and jack-of-all trades who delivered high-quality results and made friends wherever he worked. Rick was a talented singer and guitar player who loved nothing more than performing with anyone and everyone. He also enjoyed fishing and vegetable gardening, but most of all Rick loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.

    Walter entered into the Spirit World suddenly at his home on Thursday May 21, 2020. Walter Taylor of Curve Lake in his 61st year. Walter had a very unique sense of humour that will be missed by many. He was a graduate of Lakefield District Secondary School, coached a men’s hockey team from Curve Lake for many years and was an avid canoe racer. As an ironworker with Local 721, Walter helped build the Confederation Bridge from New Brunswick to P.E.I. He was the well-known King of the Red Locust Hunt Camp and a mentor to all. He will be remembered as the ‘centre of the world’ for all of his family. Loved and missed by his daughters Christina (Peter), Ashley (Shane), Nickie (Granger) and Sara, and his 3 grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Ellen (Glenn), J.C. (Brian), Susie, Florence, Gayle, Kathy (Allan) and Joe (Wendy). Dear uncle of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Special friend to Tracey Taylor. Predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Gordon, sister Beatrice (Bob) and brother-in-law Jim Lippert. Walter Taylor  joined the Ironworkers on August 1, 1979. Walter passed away very suddenly on May 21, 2020 in his 60th year. He was always proud to be a member of the Ironworkers Union 721.

    Andrew joined the Ironworkers on July 1, 1953. He passed away peacefully at Hants Community Hospital Nova Scotia on Friday March 13th, 2020 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his wife Shirley (Randell) of 56 years. Loving father of Bradley and his wife Carol and Susan and her husband David Janes all of Brooklin. Loving grandfather of Jennifer and her husband Evan, Andrew and his partner Sydney, Curtis and Amy. Dear brother of Laura Brokate.
