Welding Updates

WELDING DEPARTMENT

The welding shop will be closed from August 23rd to 26th, 2021.

Weld practices, CWB testing, and weld classes will be canceled for that week.

We look forward to seeing you when we resume on Monday August 30, 2021.

Welding Update

Due to circumstances beyond our control the welding shop will be reducing its capacity to comply with new provincial government restriction (RE: COVID-19).

We will be limiting CWB testing sessions to 8 people with two time slots on Thursday.

Practice or testing times will be limited and with a mandatory requirement that you call ahead for booking a time slot to meet the new restriction on class sizes.

Priority will be given to members that require CWB testing.

We will no longer allow walk-ins as the union hall and training centre are under lock down.

You can contact us by phone at 416-236-4026 or email at info@iw721.org to book or schedule.

Please be patient with us during this difficult time as our first priority is to service our membership.

If you have any additional questions or comments please contact us.

Please adhere to all safety protocols and please keep safe. We will still be here for you.

Anyone scheduled to attend must use the EAST SIDE student entrance only.

100% mask requirement at all times
