Any active member looking to request a donation from the Executive Board and General Membership must provide the following;
- Provide a written letter/email with the members name, book number and reason for the donation.
- Who the cheque is to be made payable to.
- The address the cheque will be mailed to.
This will assist in the decision making from the Executive Board and General Membership. And should the request be approved, it will make the process time for issuing the cheque shorter.
