Dear Members:
We will be holding our Annual Members Children’s Christmas Party on Sunday December 17th, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
The event will be held at Oasis Convention Centre at 1036 Lakeshore Road East, located between Dixie Road and Cawthra Road on the south side of Lakeshore Road in Mississauga.
Please be on time as we will be serving breakfast and taking pictures with Santa.
The event will end at 11:30 a.m. to allow the Oasis team time to prepare for the next event.
Please note that we need you to return your completed Invitation form no later than November 15, 2023. No exceptions will be granted.
As in previous years, the Christmas party is for members and their children only. Please do not forward any response forms for any grandchildren that you may have.
Gifts are for member’s children only, 12 years of age or younger, all children must be present to pick up their gifts. Any remaining gifts not picked up on that day will be donated.
There will be no post event pick-ups for those not attending regardless if they registered. There will be no exchange or substitutions of gifts at the event.
Please mail or drop off your Invitation form to: Ironworkers Local 721, 909 Kipling Ave., Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5H3.
Or by the preferred electronic method via the online Invitation Form.
When replying please make sure you are going to attend so we can make the appropriate arrangements with the Banquet Hall and order the correct number of gifts for the children.
