Please be advised that the Memorandum of Agreement that was recommended by the bargaining committee did not pass the ratification process.
Details of the results were:
Reinforcing Memorandum – 2 locals in favour, four against
Ironworker Memorandum – 1 local in favour, five against.
As such and in accordance with Article 4 of the Council By-laws District Council President will be contacting EPSCA with a notice to bargain later today as the contract is open.
